1) Make sure that the file names are correct.
2) Switch to default WP theme and then reactivate Iconic One Pro again.We provide .po files for translation, using poedit http://www.poedit.net/download.php you can translate theme easily. There is a language folder in the theme with a tutorial inside.
The download available from the member area is always the latest, to confirm the version open style.css. On line 7 you will find the version no. listed.
