I fixed it with an edit in the function.php.

Sadly I can’t edit my post here. So I just make another one. I thought I fixed it but I did not. I now have to Posts on the site one with a resolution where the thumbnail fits properly and one where the slider fits. But I won’t work with both at the same time!

The custom css works and I removed the headline.

The second solution didn’t work out for me though. Can I upload the picture in a dimension both the slider and the thumbnail show the same cut? As it is now the thumbnail is zoomed in and doesn’t show the whole picture.
