I also have a problem and I can not figure out what’s going on. When I try to get into Customize, the theme still shows me that it’s loading. Maybe you can tell me what it is like they can change. Thank you.
Try disabling all plugins while you are using live customizer. If it works fine then one of the plugin is causing issue which you can find by enabling plugins one by one and check live customizer.
If this doesn’t solve your issue then email to [email protected] with login details and we will check it for you.
ok I have disabled everything. now I can not make settings in the theme. when I set the settings I get everything white and can not set anything.
