    As a complete novice in WordPress, this is probably a basic error!!

    I have downloaded the Iconic zip file to my home PC and now want to upload it to the website.

    However when I log into WordPress on the website, the Dashboard Sidebar offers the usual list
    Posts, Media,… Appearance,….
    I click on Appearance and get Themes, Customise, Widgets & Menus

    However the Themes choice simply opens up the screen with the 2016, 2017 and 2019 installed themes with no option to Add New, Upload Theme and no Theme Directory

    The bottom option is to Collapse menu but there is no way to expand menu

    If you are on self hosted WordPress(any other host other than WordPress.com) then you will see like this:
