hello,
after changing permalink to “/index.php/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%hour%/%minute%/%second%/%postname%/” the post image is not more visible after opening the post.Refer WP docs for correct usage http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks.
To setup theme kindly read the theme documentation once, it will save you a lot of time. Are you setting the featured images?
