How can i remove this From Footer "Iconic One Pro Theme | Powered by WordPress"

Dear Sir, I want to remove “Iconic One Pro Theme | Powered by WordPress” from my footer section and and Placed “Powered By uLtimate Gyan ” Please help me.

And one more thing that how can i change my theme into full width.
