This is an Intranet site so I cannot share url.
If I go to Appearance / Iconic One Pro / Customize I get a blank screen with not menu of choices on left. Same thing for Appearance / Customize. All I see is ‘You are customizing’ at top of left column.

This could be due to some plugin conflict/outdated plugins, to troubleshoot:
– Disable all plugins and check site after clearing local Internet browser cache (ctrl + shift + del in Chrome).
— If the customizer is now working then enable plugins one by one to find the issue causing plugin.
