What could be the cause of the problem?
August 25, 2020 at 7:54 pm #6203Themonic-SupportKeymasterHi,
Please provide the following info:
1) Who is your hosting provider?
2) Are you using WordPress in a sub directory?
This error is caused when WordPress is in a sub directory, try the version given at the following page, if still not resolved then email to [email protected] with login details.
August 26, 2020 at 10:41 am #6212dstajnbartParticipantThe hosting provider is home.pl and I’m using the site in default instalation directory (diffrent than DocumentRoot) /public_html/autoinstalator/default_wordpress_instalation_directory/
For now the only (partial) solution is to manualy change .themonic-opts-group-tab display:none; property in object inspector.
The alternate .zip did not helped.
