Read more appears on home page only, you expect it to appear on single post? where would the reader go after clicking on read more?
On your home page read more is working fine for all posts.
It is WordPress default behavior and has nothing to do with the theme. You can switch to default theme to check yourself.

Full width template on your site is working fine now on all browsers.Browser issues are because of cache. You can also try doing a hard refresh by
pressing CTRL + F5 or use another browser like Firefox.It could be done like this, but will definitely require a lot more CSS.
Eg. for Feedburner subscribe widget that comes with the theme:

Pinterest sharing button is loaded dynamically using the pinterest sharing script. If it was not showing then it may be a temporary issue from Pinterest servers, should sort it out itself. You can also check by disabling plugins one by one to check for conflicts.

Also, if it were a theme issue we would really be bombarded with support tickets about this. A lot of people are already using version 1.4.5 with full width templates.
