media library and settings

Hi, two issues:

1) I activated a different theme and then switched back to iconic one pro. When I did so, I lost the ability to use the media library when uploading a logo under appearance…customize. I can however, see the images in list view only when I click on media library (I do not see any images in grid view).

2) When I reactivated iconic one pro, I lost my settings. I did back up the wp-content folder prior to activating the other theme. Can I retrieve my old settings from that backup and import the settings now?

1) If you are unable to use logo uploader, then try again after disabling all plugins. You can enable your plugins after uploading logo.

2) You have to set up again if some settings were reset during the change.
