logo upload problems

I can’t seem to get the “Customize” menu to be responsive. I’m trying to upload a logo, but when I click on it, nothing happens. The menu itself is sort of overlaid somehow; it looks like this:

Am I doing something wrong? I’ve tried this with both Firefox and Chrome, and get the same result. It’s not that my logo is al that great, but it is mine, and I’d like to be able to use it.

I’ve just upgraded to Pro and it looks awesome – lots to explore. If I ever get the time.
