2. Add custom css to the footer option
3. Add upload file renaming
4. Increase the thumbnail cropping mode to timthumb
5. Add custom font options

2) Customizer additional CSS is now handled by WordPress

3) TimThumb developer has abandoned the the project and had security issues, WordPress solution is better already since last 5 or so years.

4) Coming up in Version 3.
