Display latest Date or Published Date on Page

Hi,

I would like to display Published Date or final changed Date on the Pages and Posts.

In the case of Posts, the publised date is displayed now. I would like to change to the latest updated Date if the Posts was updated (if no updatd, display the published Date).

On the other hand, I do not know how to display the final changed Date on Pages.
(if no updated, display the published Date)

Customizer -> V3 Control Panel -> Post Settings

Fourth checkbox from top in the latest version.
