Display info box at top off category

Hi

I have installed “info-boxes-shortcode-and-widget” and a sticky widget – and thats fine. But, how do I remove date, comment, social and tags from sticky? I still want to use date, comment, social and tags like normal on the front page etc.

I just want a information box on the top, like a sticky, in a chosen category. Like this:

Above image is just a shortcut from the widget, in a post. Hope you get what I mean. And if there is another way, please tell. 🙂
