add flag icons for multisite language switcher

hi, i want to add on the top (right menu bar) of my blog ( http://www.biopiscine.org ) 5 flags with links to other websites (5 languages, 5 websites) or a dropdown menu with 5 flags + the language name and each flag is linked to a different site.
how can i do it?

This can be done via plugins for eg.

To add to menu, you just have to create a new item in the menu, refer plugin docs. For any other location file modification will be required.
