For custom customization contact us using the contact page. Adding another ad is easy, making that ad responsive requires custom CSS code.
If you want to do it yourself, you have to write a bit of CSS:
1) Put the Ads in two div containers with 50% width each, align both of them left.
2) For below 768px width sizes, have them centered align with 100% width. Should stack just fine.
