Probably the easiest way would be to create a separate page manually and copy pasting Author images and bios. Use any column plugin if you want more than two columns.
Dynamic generation of all Authors in a single page will require custom coding. You can also search in the WP plugins directory for such plugins.
Does the current theme utilise http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-biographia/ ?
