using child theme – stray text on work area

    After making changes in Child Theme – I have a string of text = #194D23 – (my background and foreground color – and try as I might I cannot find where it is coming from to delete it.

    It falls between the Navigation Bar and the title of the page, and looks just as if I have typed into the page area.

    All style changes must be in style.css of Child theme, you must have pasted the CSS in the header.php

    Thanks – I will double check – definelty thought I have child theme CSS in right spot,

    Ok I found it – I think – it is visable in quick edit in the Author fill-in
    there are 2 variables there 1. #194D23 and 2. Michelle – now how I need to see how to delete both 1. and 2.
