On my page
At the top of the article you see:

I would like to add another line under it that says:
THIS POST MAY CONTAIN AFFILIATE LINKS. PLEASE READ MY DISCLOSURE FOR MORE INFO.
I would like to have the word DISCLOSURE link to another page.
How can i do this?

Try your html or text after line 42 i.e

in content.php
