Themonic.com provides WordPress themes that are subject to the following Terms and Conditions, which may be updated from time to time without notice. You can review the most current version of the T&C any time on this page. By purchasing themes/subscription from Themonic.com, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions provided below and that you will use it in compliance with any applicable laws in your country.

1) License of Themes

All our WordPress themes are licensed under the GNU general public license (GPL2/GPl3) as specified on the product page and in the style.css. All our themes can be installed on unlimited number of websites .

2) Theme  Support

We fully support our free and premium themes with a high priority support system that is available from the support area and is available free of cost to our customers. If you have purchased the yearly subscription, you will get access to support and downloads up to 1 year after which you can renew the license. Even after expiry of license you can use our themes but you won’t have access to support and download area.

Theme support does not cover third party plugins, general WordPress and customization, however we are known to provide extensive guidance in such cases to our customers. Please note that we do not provide support for modified themes. Theme support is provided on a fair use basis and requires that you first read the product documentation and disable all plugins before contacting for support.

3) Theme Updates, Documentation & Downloads

Our themes comes with proper documentation to help you in setting up your website quickly, If you are an active member you can download the latest version of our themes from your member area,  most recent documentation is also available on the same page. Our themes are under pro-active development, we fix the issues as soon as possible and we offer full compatibility with the latest release of WordPress.

4) 100% Refund Policy

We are fully transparent with our offerings, we provide a live demo, full screenshots of the backend at the product page to help you make the right decision. We do offer a 30 day refunds in case of technical issues that may be present in our themes. In such cases we will offer you 1 on 1 support to help you resolve the issues as quickly as possible and if we fail to resolve the issues you will be provided with 100% refund.

5) Browser Compatibility

Our Themes support all major web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome (PC & Mac) & Internet Explorer 8 and above.

6) Warranty

Themonic does not provide any warranty or guarantee of functionality in any manner. We cannot guarantee the functionality with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the live demo. Please ensure browser compatibility with the demo server as we can not guarantee that Themonic products will work with all browser combinations.

We reserves the right to reject support requests for problems that occur after theme files have been modified or third party plugins have been installed. Not all third party plugins are coded properly.

7) Price Changes

Themonic reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We also reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.

8) Ownership and Liability
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified in any form. All products are property of Themonic.com. Our products are provided ‘as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall Themonic be held liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
