Hi – I wonder whether you could advise about print options for your non-responsive child theme please?

It would appear that when I select a page to print at the moment, the category/menu buttons do not print as the page appears on screen – they become a list, as they would appear on a mobile device/responsive menu.

Could you advise how to overcome this, or design a print.css stylesheet so the print format looks more in keeping with the actual website please.

    Many thanks, K

Tried the plugin. Failed!… I’ll leave the plug in active for a while so you can see.

The problem I’m encountering with printing my site pages in the regular (CTRL +P) fashion is that the menu bar changes from it’s horizontal bar format, into a list… as would happen with a responsive site on a small mobile device. This takes up a good quarter of the page and looks ugly (which is the main reason why I chose to use the non-responsive child theme).

I need to know how to make the page print as it appears on screen, without changing the menu please.

Hi again – Slight amendment to the above. Plugin will work if I disable Java, however, it’s still not the way I’d like the site to look in print.

I really just want the page to look “as is” on paper…. Thanks

Hi thanks for responding. Can you confirm that this code is correct please? I’ve updated custom.css but it’s still not working.

    :o/ sorry ! K

Hi – Could you reconfirm this code for me please. Have added your previous code to custom.css but the drop-down menu still shows in print.
    Thanks K
