    There doesn’t appear to be a zip file attached the folder when I download it. What am I doing wrong?

    Very helpful response via email but I’ll share it here, too – problem was I was using Safari to download the program which automatically opens the zip file. I loaded Google Chrome, used that to download the files and all was good in the world! Thanks to the support team for their help!
